Payment Processing

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid courses. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content.

Free Courses

Some courses may be offered free of charge. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free course offerings at any time.

Certificate Issuance

Upon successful completion of a course (including all required lessons and quizzes with passing scores), you will receive a digital certificate of completion. Certificates are issued with QR code verification for authenticity.

Certificate Use

Certificates demonstrate your completion of the course and commitment to learning. However, they do not constitute professional credentials, licenses, or qualifications to practice psychology, counseling, or any regulated profession.

Verification

All certificates can be verified through our online verification system using the unique certificate code or QR code. We maintain records of all issued certificates.

Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke certificates if we determine they were obtained through fraudulent means, policy violations, or academic dishonesty.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RSOL EDUCATION, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
